Welcome to Pole Play Diva Fitness Studio for EveryBODY
Pole fitness is not for exotic dancers or the gentlemens club, it is first and foremost a physical fitness activity that allow you to burn up to 700 calories per session. It is about self confidence, self gratification, poise, and grace. Pole fitness is also a great way to relieve stress and tension. The atmosphere is, of course, different (i.e. more fun!) than traditional fitness programs but there's no nudity, etc. Our Pole Pleasure(Dance) and Chair Diva Classes are also a fun safe way to engage in a sensual physical activity without "crossing the line" while burning up to 500 calories.
A background in dance or fitness is not necessary, just willpower and a positive mindframe. Pole Play Diva is not a strip club, so you want find us in skimpy clothing crawling around on the floor. This is strictly a Fitness Studio on Another Level.

You will learn to workout on the pole with fitness moves derived from pole dancing all while reducing inches,burning calories, tightening your core, building upper body strength, toning musles, and your legs. This is strictly a work out program.
CHAIR FIT -$15
Get fit in 30 minutes with this cardio workout all while increasing flexibility, reducing inches, and burning calories.
POLE PLEASURE -$25
You will Learn to spin, climb, aerial pole tricks, and pole dance routines. Each client progress at their own level.
CHAIR DIVA -$20
Burn calories in a sensual way without even knowing it all while embracing your sexuality as you learn a Sexy Chair Dance routine in a Group Setting!
PRIVATE 1-ON-1 LESSONS -$50
